Rukshan Shrestha
Bartending Instructor
Rukshan is a seasoned bartender, mixologist, and wine expert currently working as a Brand Ambassador for Diageo/Johnnie Walker. With a background in hospitality management (BHM) from China, he has gained extensive experience, including working as a bartender at Qatar Airways and later as a bartending instructor at the Academy of Culinary Arts. Passionate about mixology, he has organized the Master of Mixology competition and been a core team member for various other bartending events in Nepal. Additionally, he specializes in wines, representing brands like Clavet, Lindemans, and Hardys. Dedicated to the craft, he continues to inspire and elevate the bartending community.
Raju Shrestha
Barista Trainer
Raju Shrestha is an experienced barista and coffee expert with over eight years in the industry. He worked as a Head Barista at Qatar Airways for five years, gaining extensive expertise in coffee craftsmanship and service excellence. Before that, he spent three and a half years as a Shift Head in various coffee outlets across Nepal. Since 2021, he has been dedicated to training aspiring baristas as a Barista Instructor and Co-founder of Hotelogy Academy, where he continues to share his passion and knowledge to elevate coffee standards in Nepal.
